CEO and Founder of Carolyn Flower International [Coaching, Authoring, Publishing]Â
I’m Carolyn — author, artist, international author mentor, and passionate advocate for the transformative power of personal story. Since 1992, I’ve worked in the world of story elevation and visibility, helping individuals, brands, and businesses be seen, heard, and valued. In 2016, I expanded this mission and founded a global publishing division where my international team and I guide aspiring and established authors from idea to impact, transforming lived experience into a meaningful, lasting legacy. Your extraordinary story is waiting to be honored, refined, and shared — and authorship is both a personal evolution and a global contribution.
I help you activate your inner author, overcome resistance, dissolve overwhelm, and shape your message into a high-quality, published work that expands credibility, influence, opportunity, and purpose. My approach blends intuitive guidance, creative storytelling, mindset mastery, and strategic execution — helping you move from idea to author with clarity, confidence, and ease. I’ve helped authors across every walk of life publish powerful books, amplify their message, and achieve what they once believed was impossible.
Your story matters. Your voice is needed. Your message can inspire lives.
Life continues to write extraordinary stories — and we would be honoured to help you tell yours.
Director of the Children's Book Division of Carolyn Flower International, bestselling Children's Book Author.Â
Linda is a graduate of the Humber College School of Journalism and has held positions as editor of trade magazines and community newspapers. She currently helps Carolyn Flower International's publishing division's aspiring and emerging children's authors find their voice and their extraordinary children's stories.
Inspired by the antics of her boxer beast, Kao, and after an adventure that saw her travel from her native Canada to the wilds of West Lothian, Scotland, Linda has written four books in the series of George and Mildred stories to shed light on some of the issues that today’s kids have to face. From bullying and standing up for themselves to realizing that what holds them back is the fear of being themselves – that they are enough, Linda hopes that she has inspired even one person to realize their full potential, in all of their glory.
"I so appreciated you sharing your knowledge and expertise so freely. I am not only thankful for the amazing support and validation of my book idea, but also thank you for giving me the confidence and security to move forward. I have such excitement and anticipation about bringing my book to life. "
"I attended all five your workshops at the JTW Entrepreneur Festival in England. I had been nurturing two book ideas for so very long (over 15 years). In those workshops, you held the space and allowed me to shine a light on my dreams and book ideas, whilst sharing your expertise about the publishing process, I began to feel the tingles of excitement to bring my book(s) into reality and hold them in my hands. You listened with every core of your being, recognizing how I spoke , what I was truly saying and where my energy and excitement lay. But it didn’t stop within your sessions, you were listening to us all throughout the event and would nod or whisper to us, reflecting back to us something we had revealed, you could see how this all fed in to our books. Thank you thank you Carolyn. You have given me the confidence to make this happen and I am excited and lit up."
"I'm getting ready to announce the presale for When You Think a Monster's Lurking tomorrow and also start sharing my new website, and I wanted to thank you all for your tremendous help and support throughout this whole process. It's been an absolute joy working with you all and I have been so impressed by each of your professionalism, positivity, and paramount expertise in each of your areas. It's been truly inspiring.”"
"I’ve been an illustrator for many publishers and publications. Carolyn Flower cares more about authors and their respective books than anyone I’ve ever met in the publishing industry. Contact her and her administrator, Linda Erskine when you want to publish. They are a dynamic duo!” "
