We do this over the course of five sessions which run 90 minutes. (There are an additional two to three hours of document preparation between sessions.)

What you'll get:
- SESSION ONE - What purpose does your business serve? What are its values? Its laws of operation? We will create the culture statement that communicates mission and purpose to all who experience your company.
- SESSION TWO - Formulate a clear goal statement, wealth objective, define habits for success, establish a daily routine to support the realization of your goal.
- SESSION THREE - Create and validate an enterprise-level map.
- SESSION FOUR - Create and validate business process maps for key business activities. Identify the tasks involved at each step. This helps with process automation, duplication, and systemization.
- SESSION FIVE - Who is in your room and who needs to be there? We will review your organizational chart in its current state and envision the next step. We will create position contracts and a hiring plan to bring the specialized knowledge you require into your business.

At the conclusion of our time together, you will have an Operations Manual comprised of process maps, procedures, job descriptions, organigrams, and anything that may be unique to your business.
