We've all been there.
We think on energetic frequencies, and the moment we assign an emotion to a thought (whether that emotion is wanted or unwanted), we immediately create momentum. One thought picks up another just like it, and before you know it, you've imagined a catastrophic event that will likely never happen. Our fears take over and we're down the rabbit hole trying to find a way out.
Fear and faith both ask us to believe in something we cannot see. Why do we insist on choosing fear?
My faith formula
There is a Law of Gratitude, which is one of the universal laws that govern our life in magical and magnificent ways. But how does committing to this essential life elixir, seeing life through the gratitude lens, improve your life today and ripple waves into tomorrow and your future? Gratitude is contagious.
But what does that mean?
We all feel the uplift and altitude of this emotion when we feel joyful and happy. But did you know that you can purposefully invite grateful thoughts and easily access that same feeling of immense calm and appreciation at any time - no matter what the circumstance that lands in your path?
In 2015, I published my first book and it's writing was inspired by an experiment I conducted every day throughout 2014. Over the last four years, one thing is abundantly clear: my readers are seeking ways to help themselves feel better in their day-to-day lives. They want a tool, a process, some sort of go-to remedy. They allow their outer world to reflect their inner world, instead of the other way around. A gratitude practice is a preventative medicine and wellness strategy rolled into one, that begins within. When readers record their thoughts daily in my book, Gravitate 2 Gratitude - Journal Your Journey (Begin Within), they learn how consciously embracing a habit of feeling grateful helps them change their thinking and they feel better immediately.
Sound too simple to be true?
In 2014, I conducted a gratitude experiment and wrote what I was grateful for every day for 365 days. I've been addicted ever since. I would soon discover the Law of Gratitude in action, and how my thinking multiplied with more thoughts of what I was grateful for, feeling better and better, and how serendipitous happenstance was taking over my life. I soon realized I could change and improve the quality of my life, any time, night or day.
When I promoted the book up the California coast prior to its release, I asked everyone I met what they were grateful for. Their responses were life-changing because I could plainly see how asking this one question, prompted a change in their state. I enjoyed every moment as I drove from Carlsbad to San Francisco via Hwy 1 with vista views at Big Sur to inhale gratitude.
